- If you have selected a shirt model that has the same color as the print and wish to make changes, our design team will customize the print to ensure it stands out while harmonizing with the background color. However, this adjustment will not affect the overall sample of the product.

- If you are interested in purchasing a shirt that matches the details of a product posted on our website, but unsure how to proceed, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a link or image of the desired product type and create a sample image for you to choose from.

- If you have added a product to your cart and are unable to complete the payment, we accept payments through Paypal. You may also pay directly using VISA or MASTER cards via the Paypal system. Rest assured that our payment system is secure as we do not retain any payment information, only your purchase details.

Need help choosing the right size?

Please refer to the Size Guide above carefully and select the appropriate size for you. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please email us immediately before the order is processed. Once the order is in production, we are unable to make any changes. Please be careful when selecting your size!

What should you do if you entered the wrong shipping address?

If you provided an incorrect address but your order has not yet been shipped, please email us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to send it back to us with the correct address, and we will resend the order to you. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Therefore, it is important to ensure that you enter the correct address when placing your order.

What should you do if there are errors in your order (wrong print, wrong color, etc)?

If you receive an order with mistakes such as the wrong print or color, please take a photo of the item(s) and include your order number. We will send you a free reshipment if the item(s) are faulty or if they fade in the first wash. There is no need to return the item(s) to us.
